How much is shipping?

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your new goodies.  If a product is damaged or defective a return or exchange MUST be made with a receipt and within 14 days of purchase.  For refunds and exchanges, items must be unopened and in original packaging.  If purchased online, items must be returned to the store before a refund is given.  If shipping is required, a tracking number is required and sent when the product is sent back to the store.  Shipping fees are not reimbursed.  There are no refunds or exchanges for on clearance and sale products, open stock paper/cardstock, special orders (unless defective), magazines, paints, pens and markers.  

Cancellation of orders - any orders cancelled after they have been processed are subject to a 20% handling fee

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, you can purchase a gift card in store or online and they can be used online or in-store purchases. 

Class registrations are non-refundable


Registration and payment may be done in person, our website or by phone. Payment is required at the time of registration. Spots are reserved once payment is received and are on a first come, first served basis.
If cancelled more than 48 hours prior to an in person class, a store credit towards another class will be given.  No refund given if cancellation is less than 48 hours prior to an in person class.  Due to the ongoing pandemic all of our classes are done virtually through Zoom and no refunds will be given as links are emailed out for the class and you do not need to be present live to attend.  No Zoom account is needed for classes.

What if I would like to come and work on my projects at the store?

You are welcome to come mess up our space instead of your own during regular business hours so long as there is no class or crop scheduled.  

What if I am looking for a specific product or product line?

Give us a call at 613-969-6210 or send us an email at info@glitterandink.ca with the information. We will definitely try to get it for you. Depending on the type of item a non-refundable deposit may be required. If we order a specific product for you and it is not paid for when it arrives, it will result in a deposit being required for your special orders going forward.

Already discounted products, die cutting machines, MISTI's, Glass Media Mat, Luxe Glass Mat, Altenew Self Healing Mat, Altenew Stamping Wheel, Minc machines, Glimmer machines, Stencils 360 Starter Kit, Guillotines,  BetterPress Kit, pre-orders, special orders and sometimes new collections.
