Picket Fence - Paper Glitz - Black Rainbow

A new glitter based medium with an unbelievable amount of shine and sparkle. Paper Glitz colours feature 5-7 different shades of glitter and mica which it an unbeatable depth and dimension. It can be used alone or paired with other mediums. Apply with a sponge or palette knife through a stencil, directly to paper. A small amount goes a long way! Will dry and adhere to most porous and nonporous surfaces. Stir before use.
